The hotel has lovely rooms, though they smelled of aftershave and gave the impression of an ex-smoking room with a subtle background smell. The service was friendly and extremely helpful, with staff even printing directions for us. The location was great close to major road networks, ideal for exploring the area and for visiting the NEC. The dining experience was enjoyable, with the staff being nice and friendly. However, the atmosphere felt more like a waiting room at times. Overall, great value for money with some minor room scent issues.

The hotel is located in a very peaceful area, perfect for attending events in the center. The rooms are of a good size and have all the facilities we required, making them ideal for a comfortable stay. Although there was damp due to the extractor fan not working, it didn't affect the overall experience negatively.

The location was convenient for access to the Kennel Club building and excellent for dog walking due to the large open land surrounding the hotel. Being close to Leamington Spa and having a garden room with a table and chairs in front of our door window made it even more enjoyable.

The service was excellent. The staff were very efficient, and the breakfast was brilliant with the best sausages. The beds were comfortable, and the bar staff were friendly. I appreciated being able to have my dog stay with me in my room. The maid was friendly and courteous.
